Final message approval and delivery are controlled by Meta / WhatsApp systems, policies, and related platform review logic.

WhatsApp messaging workflows may involve different approved template categories, including:

3. Delivery Limitations

Message delivery may depend on factors that are outside Onto Connect’s direct control, including:

  • Template approval status
  • Template category
  • Customer engagement signals
  • Quality rating
  • Messaging limits
  • User/device/account conditions
  • WhatsApp platform rules
  • Country / regulatory or platform restrictions where applicable

4. Marketing Template Notice

Promotional or marketing messages may face stricter delivery controls and are not guaranteed to reach every intended recipient.

5. Utility Template Notice

Transactional or service-related updates must remain aligned to the relevant business action or user request.

6. Authentication Template Notice

OTP / verification-style messages must be used only for legitimate authentication and verification purposes.

7. 24-Hour Service Window

Free-form replies are generally used inside the customer service window, while templates are generally used outside that window.

8. Opt-In Responsibility

Businesses are responsible for collecting valid customer opt-in before sending template messages.

9. No Delivery Guarantee

Onto Connect does not guarantee template approval, delivery to every user, or uninterrupted platform availability, because these are influenced by external platform policies and controls.
